I have found that in the world of chamber music, (Debbie’s motto), ‘Breathe together, Move together, Play together’ are words to live by. When it comes to being completely engaged with your ensemble, trusting each other and knowing that they have your back as much as you have theirs, there’s no other feeling as comforting and powerful as that.

CMC Fellowship Student

CMC is an inclusive community, which accepts students of all levels without audition requirement, that offers each musician the opportunity to grow in their ability while being inspired by other student musicians and professional artists.

Seeing {the Calidore Quartet} perform was inspirational and their rendition of the Ravel String Quartet brought me to tears. Rehearsing and then performing with them reminded me why I love chamber music so much. Their kindness towards the students and passion for the music made the whole experience one of the best I’ve had at CMC.
